Registrations for the League of Legends tournament open this Wednesday 21st of December. Here are some useful informations!

The 10th edition of the Lyon e-Sport will take place in Lyon at the Palais des Sports, from the 3rd to the 5th of March 2017. It is time to register to compete in the League of Legends tournament. Registrations open the Wednesday 21st of December à 8pm CET. Be ready!

We know that you are all impatient to join us, and because you will as usual be a lot of teams wanting to register, here is a small guide, just for you!

 

 

Registrations briefly

Registrations will open Wednesday 21st of December at 8pm CET on our online ticketing platform. In order to make the process easier, ONLY ONE MEMBER of the team will have to register to secure the slot. As we did last year, we will offer only "Pass Team" for 150€ (representing 30€ per player). The captain will have to fill up its personal informations and pay for the slot team so the team participation will be validated. 64 team slots are available.

Other players or the team, as well as managers will be able to register afterward, once the Team Pass validated. The captain will receive an e-mail with the process for its teammates to register. This process allows you to book a Team Pass even if your team is not full yet, and recruit your mates after.

 

Additional informations

You will probably be a lot of teams willing to participate and registrations work on the principle of first-come, first-served. When you start the process to book your Team Pass, you have 15 minutes to complete the process and pay for the Team Pass.

You will as well be able to have pass for manager or companion later on, in order to stay close to your team all the week-end. For players under 18 years old, you will have to fill-up a parental autorization you can find here. It is to give to the tournament administrators on the d-day, or to send by e-mail at webmaster@lyon-esport.fr.

 

Steps to follow

Here is in brief the steps you will have to follow to validate your registration.

Step 1: You arrive on our online ticketing platform and have to select your Team Pass.

Step 2: You captain or manager fill-up its personal informations to secure the ticket.

Step 3: You pay your Team Pass with one of the available option

Step 4: You receive a confirmation e-mail, validating your registration and explaining you the next steps to add your teammates.

 

You have 15 minutes to complete the process, which should be clearly enough.
